Migration is not just for the birds

Gliffy may be the oldest diagramming app in the Atlassian world, but draw.io has been the highest-rated Confluence app in the Marketplace since 2013 for a reason.  We can have you up and running with draw.io in 3 steps, so bring all your Gliffy files with you and join the draw.io movement.

Gliffy Mass Import Portal: your one-stop-shop for all things import related.

We recently relaunched the mass import portal and put all the information you could need in one place.  If you’re trying to get your company or team on board with draw.io, the portal is the place to start.  But what kind of information is available there? For starters:

  • A how-to guide for the migration
  • Information about pricing (spoiler alert: a 30-day free trial is included)
  • Contact information in case you have custom specifications you need to be carried out with your migration

There is so much more to see, so hop on over to the portal and get started with your migration!

Why switch?  We thought you’d never ask!

We could write paragraphs about what makes draw.io the diagramming tool for Confluence & Jira, but why don’t we show you? We’ve written several posts over the past few years as to why you should change.  We’ve compiled a whole YouTube playlist dedicated to gliffy vs. draw.io feature comparison.  If you’re not subscribed to us over on YouTube, you should be so that you never miss out when we add new tutorials and feature demonstrations.

One of the things that people love about draw.io, in comparison to Gliffy, is to customize diagrams with aspects of their company brand, such as fonts or colors.  People also love how functional our diagrams are.  For example, spreading a diagram over multiple pages or access to extensive shape libraries.  On top of that, continuous and consistent bug fixing (our 64 releases, to their 28) means we want to provide you the best diagramming tool for the least amount of money.  Take a look at the feature comparison overview so that you can see what draw.io can do for you.

Having issues navigating your migration?

As always, we want to help make the transition over to draw.io as smooth as possible so that your experience with us is a positive one right from the start.  Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the migration process, contact us, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
