Multiple Pages Per Diagram

Some diagrams are too large, too complex to fit on just one page. And it’s actually sensible to break the information up over multiple pages so that viewers are not overwhelmed with cluttered information.

draw.io lets you put multiple pages in each diagram to make it easier to keep related information together, but in a readable, understandable way.

Add a page to your draw.io diagram

At the bottom of the drawing area, you’ll see a row of tabs.

Click on the plus symbol (Insert page) to add a new page to your diagram.

Rename the page inside a draw.io diagram

You can rename your page by double-clicking on the title on the tab, and entering a new name, then clicking Rename.
