Upcoming pricing changes for draw.io

As of October 13th 2026, prices for draw.io for Jira and Confluence Cloud will be increasing.

These increases will allow us to invest in features that push the boundaries of diagramming. This year alone, we significantly updated our AI feature, the Generate tool, to be far more flexible.

We also introduced editable Mermaid diagrams, giving users far more flexibility to work with the diagrams-as-code they already rely on, alongside better automatic layouts powered by ELK.

These feature developments all serve to modernize and improve the diagramming experience for our users. We want to keep building and innovating in this way to ensure draw.io is the best it can be and truly deserves its place as the #1-rated diagramming app on the Atlassian Marketplace.

The table below shows what the pricing changes mean for Confluence Cloud, by user tier. And remember: customers with 10 or fewer users can still use our app for free. As mentioned above, your prices are protected for 60 days, and any existing quotes will be valid at the old pricing.
