As of September 22nd 2025, prices for draw.io for Jira and Confluence Cloud will be increasing. This change will allow us to continue investing in the features that make draw.io the most powerful and innovative diagramming tool on the Atlassian Marketplace.

First to Forge: The Atlassian ecosystem is constantly evolving, and draw.io is committed to keeping at the forefront of innovation. As the first major app to adopt the new Atlassian Forge platform, we’ve been able to significantly enhance our app’s capabilities, including improved performance, reliability, and security. draw.io Advanced app edition: The draw.io standard app offers you the full range of diagramming capabilities. With the draw.io Advanced app edition, it’s the same draw.io app you know and love, but with the icing on the cake: premium support options, custom security reviews, enhanced data controls, and more. draw.io Zero Egress app: Earlier this year we unveiled our Zero Egress app that Runs on Atlassian. Built on Forge and designed for companies in highly regulated industries like finance, healthcare, government, etc., this app prevents any data leaving your Confluence instance, and there is no data processing between draw.io servers and Confluence. This essentially functions like a firewall around your whole app. Find out more

The tables below show what the cloud pricing changes mean for your product and user tier. Note: your prices are protected for 60 days, and any existing quotes will be valid at the old pricing. We will continue to offer our app for free, for customers with 10 or fewer users.
