We are excited to announce the draw.io Advanced app edition, soon to be available for Confluence Cloud. With this change, you will be able to choose between the Standard and Advanced editions of draw.io.

Round-the-clock support and increased data control

We have heard from customers that protection for their diagramming data is paramount, and that app support needs to be there at every step of the way. This is to ensure users can diagram securely, with no barriers to productivity and creativity.

The three biggest benefits that we’ve included in our Advanced edition of draw.io are tailored specifically to large enterprises, and have been developed to increase peace of mind for Admins, teams, leadership, stakeholders, and of course, draw.io users themselves. More details can be found below; the highlights are: Extended support hours with shorter initial response times, and a zero egress option – no data leaves your app.

What’s new, and which app is right for you and your teams? Let’s take a closer look at the differences below:

draw.io Standard edition

This includes all the diagramming features of the draw.io editor, including access to Smart Templates, where you can generate diagrams using AI.

Customer support: Your Confluence Cloud Admins will receive support within 9/5 business hours.

draw.io Advanced edition

The draw.io Advanced app edition is for large enterprise users looking for advanced security and customer support. The Advanced edition is the same draw.io app you know and love, but with the following additional support benefits:

• Premium support: Enjoy extended support hours and faster initial response times.
• Dedicated Account Manager: Benefit from a single point of contact for all your inquiries.
• Custom security reviews: Receive tailored security reviews to streamline compliance submissions.
• Exclusive previews: Access previews of upcoming development features.
• Personalized training: Leverage in-depth, customized training materials tailored to your needs.
• Enhanced security and data control: Utilize a zero egress switch to restrict all data egress, except for Atlassian API calls, in our draw.io Forge app version.
