Secure diagramming, built for the public sector
U.S. government agencies and their industry partners now have access to draw.io on Atlassian Government Cloud (AGC), a dedicated, secure cloud environment built to meet the compliance and security standards required for government work.
What is Atlassian Government Cloud?
Atlassian Government Cloud is a separate cloud environment, exclusively for U.S. government agencies and their partners.
Unlike standard Atlassian Cloud, AGC operates under FedRAMP Moderate authorization, giving public sector teams the security controls and compliance assurance their work demands.
The draw.io AGC app is available for Confluence Cloud, allowing you to share diagrams and knowledge, all within a secure single source of truth.
draw.io on Atlassian Government Cloud
draw.io has been the leading diagramming solution for Atlassian teams since 2013, and is now available where teams need it most.
The draw.io app for AGC displays the Runs on Atlassian Trust Signal, which means it has been verified to support data residency controls and operate entirely within the Atlassian Government environment. No diagramming data is stored or processed outside your Confluence instance.
This means your teams can:
As with any app guaranteeing full data security, features that require cross-domain traffic are not available. This means that draw.io features, like AI diagram generation with our Generate tool and real-time collaboration, are not supported. However, collaborative editing is still very much possible; changes made by one user automatically sync for all others almost instantly. And your diagrams are saved as Confluence page attachments.
Everything you need to visualize your work
draw.io on AGC contains all the features you know and love, including multipage diagramming, working with layers and placeholders, a wide range of shape libraries* and templates, and the ability to create your own custom shapes, shape libraries, and templates, to share with your teams.
*Shape libraries include:
- Process modeling: Flowcharts, BPMN 2.0, swimlane diagrams, ERDs
- Software and network diagrams: UML, UML 2.5, AWS, Azure, Cisco, GCP, IBM
- Administration and planning: Org charts, mind maps, floor plans, infographics
