Atlassian Server EOL
Atlassian announced the End of Life for their server products by 2024 and the sale of new server licenses by February 21st, 2021. It’s up to you to decide your best course of action, but remember the draw.io team is here to help with your diagramming needs. Over the next few months or years, you may have questions about Confluence Cloud, like security or pricing. Migration, Migration, Migration!
Migrating any system is a massive move and a huge undertaking – think of it like moving homes. No matter how organized you are, it can be a very stressful and time-consuming process. Migrating draw.io from Server to Cloud or Data Center

Confluence stores your draw.io diagrams as page attachments, and that means that if you migrate page attachments when migrating Confluence, your diagrams automatically migrate as well. The only issue you may encounter is with pageid links within your diagrams. However, this process is still effortless. Please take a look at our Migration Process documentation and see for yourself.
Migrating from Gliffy
While we’ve been talking about migrating draw.io to different deployments, it may be the perfect time to migrate from other solutions as well. If you’re using Gliffy, have a look at our comparison. Unlike draw.io, Gliffy’s migration process will break all of your links when migrating. Depending on the number of diagrams, the process of rebuilding all of your links may take some time.
Pricing on Cloud
We’ve always said that diagramming is a necessity for Confluence. This is why we’ve kept the price as low as possible while also keeping draw.io feature-rich. Depending on your user tier, Confluence Cloud may be more expensive than your Server version. If you’re looking to help offset that cost. Draw.io is by far the most cost-effective diagramming solution for your organization!
